What about security?

All our cleaners are vetted for honesty, reliability and provide current police disclosures.

We operate a secure key holding service so that you can enjoy your cleaning service with peace of mind.

What is your hourly rate?

£9.50 per hour. Travel expenses will be charged for outlying properties.

How much notice of cancellation do you require?

We require at least 24 hours notice or payment will be required.

One weeks notice for cancellation of cleaning contract.

What about when I’m on holiday?

We require notification of holidays to be taken, as soon as possible. You may like the girls to come in and do spring cleaning whilst you are away.

What if my cleaner is off sick?

We will notify you if your clean cannot be carried out and will make every effort to arrange a replacement clean in that week. Elderly/disabled clients will have priority replacement cleans.

Hours of business

Our offices are open from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. A telephone answering service is in operation at all times and any urgent messages will be picked up on.
